Assuming your dataGridView name is 'dataGridView1'

foreach(DataGridViewRow DR in dataGridView1.Rows)
{
    //do some check, for example:
   if(DR.Cells[columnNumber].Value.ToString().Equals("someString")
   {
       //if it is true, update
       //UPDATE SET something          DR.Cells[columnNumber].Value.ToString() WHERE          someColumn = someVal
}
}

This is only quickly done, I'm sure you know the command to update your database.
