As Per One Of My Client Requirement I Have One Concept, That is , One Image Will Be Available(Girls Image) that Image Will Be Constant And For That Image There Will be Lot Of Jewelleries (Images) For Example, Neclace,Chain Etc, On Mouse Hover Or Any Event i Need To Change Only Jewellery Images Not The Girl's Image, i Mean To Say That Girls Neck And Face Portion Will Be Constant, So How Can We Do it Can Anybody Help Me To Sort Out This Concept, And Its Not A Slides Concept Please Help me Out To Solve This If AnyBody Did This Means Please Share A Code With Me.

You haven't specified which platform you use (is it ASP.NET, WinForms, WPF, WinRT, ...) but one useful concept that works in many environments is the use of alpha channels to implement transparency. You could prepare images for all the jewelry where the jewels in the image are solid (opaque) but the background is transparent. You then overlay them on top of the girl's image so that only the solid part is visible.
This post shows a sample of how top image is overlaid on a background image so that only part of it is visible.
