import data from grid view into .pnr format

Question

id	name		detail
101	ankit		lmp
102	anuj		lko

this is my grid format .

i want same thing in .pnr format ..

when i export it in txt fromat . it goes unmanage  like this

id name detail

101   ankit   lmp   

102   anuj  lko

 

..
