infopath form webpart

Question

trying to achive: Pass Querystring data into an InfoPath Form

 

i added infopath form webpart & Query String (URL) filter refering (https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/infopath/2010/06/03/how-to-pass-querystring-data-into-an-infopath-form/). i configured both webparts but still my input paramers is not showing in URL.

 

Any lead appreciated.
