Inner join and outer join

I believe that Sql Inner Joins return rows when there is at least one match in both tables.  The outer join (Sometimes can be referred to as just a "LEFT JOIN" or "RIGHT JOIN") can return rows even if there are no matches in the other table.  Such as if you call a LEFT JOIN (a.k.a Left Outer Join) if there are no matches in the right table, it will still return rows from the left table.

Suthish, I understand. That happens to me a lot. It really happens often when this web site gives prizes, so then the people asking questions can be vague and other people will post many attempts to answer the question by guessing what the question is.
