iPhone and iPad development on Windows

hello Hello, Actually, there is a framework that allows you to do all sorts of mobile app development all in C#. its called www.visualwebgui.com and it is an open source framework. It lets you develop HTML5 cross platform apps so you don't need to develop for each mobile platform. I am now developing a few of my apps on it and it is pretty easy and straightforward as it is integrated into Visual Studio. I guess it is like Xamarin but i find it much easier to use and it is integrated with PhoneGap as well.
