Issue about Canvas Boundries

Question

Hello, I put ellipse on my canvas. I want to drag ellipse within my canvas. But as I apply MouseMove event, It goes outside canvas boundries also. I want ellipse should not go outside canvas Boundries. Please help me in this issue. Thank in advanced

Hey, I found best way to restrict elements on canvas boundries. var newX = (startPoint.X + (e.GetPosition(CanvasForPoint).X - startPoint.X)); var newY = (startPoint.Y + (e.GetPosition(CanvasForPoint).Y - startPoint.Y)); Point offset = new Point((startPoint.X - lastLoc.X), (startPoint.Y - lastLoc.Y)); CanvasTop = newY - offset.Y; CanvasLeft = newX - offset.X; mousePositionOfX = newX; mousePositionOfY = newY; if (mousePositionOfX > 0 && mousePositionOfY > 0 && CanvasTop { StartPoint.SetValue(Canvas.TopProperty, CanvasTop); StartPoint.SetValue(Canvas.LeftProperty, CanvasLeft); } Here CanvasForPoint is my actual canvas and Start Point is my ellipse on canvas. I put Its height and width properties For Setting boundries. Thanks For Your Help

Ah!! Its ClipToBounds property, set it to true to clip the ellipse.

hey hi, When I tick on CLIP checkbox, Its having Two options Custom Expressions or Create Data Binding. What should I select now?

Hey Select your canvas, goto properties and tick the checkbox of CLIP. It will clip the remaining area of ellipses.
