Job Change for team leader
I am having 11 yrs of experience and working as team lead s/w development. Now I want to change my job as working in same company from last 7 years. What are the latest trends and technology which are required for my job change??

You should well versed in the below concepts, since you are looking for the Architect.
1) Solid understanding and implementation of OOPs Concepts
2) Versatile knowledge in Design Patterns
3) Experience in building small to large enterprise applications
Technically, you should familiar with most of the .net concepts like:
ADO.Net,Linq, EF, MVC, SQL Server, familiar with other JS frameworks etc.
