Jumping to the breakpoint inserted in web service

Hi,

I am using a webservice on my main website I want to debug the given webservice with particular input parameters.

Is it possible to debug a webservice by placing breakpoints so that the user can directly jump to the webservice when it is called?

I hope You are getting my point.

If your web service is deployed in the same client app machine then you can run the web service and your client application in the same debugger and hit the breakpoint by placing breakpoint in the webservice web method...

the issue could be with double slashes you are using and also spaces in the path
try to use this and check

file///D:/W2Can_resumes/Kiran%20Kumar%20Bandi%20VB.doc

Error is not showing but it does not open file. It seems blank.

Try to prefix file:/// before the file path and try

but when i click on button it display an alert

' Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (d) isn't associated with any program. '.

It also not working with IE.

Try this way and check, it should open within the page in a frame....

Could you help me for another issue?

Need some help with an problem that bugging me..

I have to open a .doc file without open/save dialog box at the client side when the user clicks a button.

I am using following code but it does not working.

my code::
