Kill an application process

First of all, you must include the using System.Diagnostics namespace in your application. Then, create a Process-type array like this: Process []p=new Process[n];//n is a number according to your needs Now, you can get a list of the processes currently running using p=Process.GetProcesses();//will return all the processes or p=Process.GetProcessesByName(string s);//will return only the processes with the specified name or p=Process.GetProcessById(int n);//will return the process with the specified ID Depending on what process (x) you're looking for (must write a code to select the appropriate process from the array p), you can write: p[x].Kill();//this will terminate instantly the process More information is available in VS Help under the Process class topic.
