Hi,
I am working for a MNC,having around 3.3 yrs
of experience. I have worked in .Net
technologies (C#,ASP.Net,MVC,WCF,SQL)for
around 2.6 yrs. Currently, i am working on
some other technology which is not related to
.Net in any way .I want to switch within next
6 months.
Can you please guide me on:
1. Which technologies should i focus on while
preparing for tech interviews?
2. Will doing any freelancing work add
weightage to my cv , since i am not currently
working in .net?
3. Are there any online trainings available
from where i can get hands on experience /
Live projects in which i can work and gain
experience?

I was in the same situation few years back and it is tought situation:
You can only help yourself to overcome from this situation:
1. take risk and change your project without bothering about your appraisal
2. dont working on other technology, work only on the base technology.
3. put extra effort to brush up your earlier skills...keep learning your self..most important
now answering your question:
1. learn technology like mvc n web api, bootstrap, angularjs as are in demand..let me know if you need any guidance for learning material
dont loose your base skills as you mentioned.
2.freelancing work will bring lot confidence and improve your technical strength...do for knowledge and money..
3. you learn your self...
