how can i convert language of whole website by using different links for different language

1. Visit https://translate.google.com/manager/website/ and sign in to your Google account to proceed.
2. On the "Website Info" page, enter your domain name in the "Website URL" field, select the original language of your website, then click "Next."
3. On the "Plugin Settings" page, you can customize the plugin to appear however you'd like. If you have specific languages you'd like to give visitors the option to translate to, select "Specific languages" and check the ones you need. Once you've finished, click "Get Code."
4. On the "Add Plugin" page, copy the entire code snippet and return to your eCatholic website.
5. Log in to your eCatholic website and click in either the header text or footer textbox, depending on the options available in your theme and your personal preference. Your code will need to be pasted into the source code of the header or footer text box on your website (as shown below).
