How can I get the records more than 1000 rows from LDAP connection?

Thanks Sanghamitra for your reply, But I don't have rights to change the query directly.
Somehow I'm searching for reply from client side.

Is there any attribute I'm missing. Or if ther any attribute to get more than 1000 records.
