linq to search datatable

My Datatable structure is

ItemName cst2% vat5.5% ...... columns are dynamic count increases

Item1 NULL NULL

Item2 TRUE TRUE

Item3 NULL TRUE

Item4 NULL NULL

Output should be Item1 ,Item4

Please provide DataTable structure properly with sample data and output also..
