To write code in C# language ... Review the live video direct .. Where I am going to connect a Web camera on robot ... And through the Internet ..
I want to transfer what is being photographed with the camera to the program(written by c#)... in pc..

what is the steps?

The project concept is based on internet robotics . the robot consists of embedded computer board with Windows CE OS and periphales connected to the embedded board via ports such as (USB , serial and parallel ports)
one of these periphales is web cam attached to USB port which will use to capture the live video then stream it to User Application program
any user can inastall the App and play the streaming live video
how to get live video from web cam ?
how to stream this live video over internet to the user application program in any another PC?
how the user application program recognize the robot IP, recieve the streaming live video from this robot and play it ? considering that differents user can use their app programs in the same way? how can they all connect to the robot?
how can I store this streaming live video as a video file to play later?

I assume you have the driver for the camera installed. Do you have documentation for the device? I am not sure, but I assume the interface is device-specific; I don't think there is a Windows API that works for cameras in general.
