Master Page with JavaScript

Question

I have a master page and a JavaScript Accordion Jquery UI files when I add accordion file in master page and I want to affects on my any page like about us page.

why I need to add Accordion Jquery UI files to add in the about us page in which I already add in master page and not working correctly If I mistake in any where please guide me. I shell be very thankful to you for this kindness. Thanks a lot.
