Mobile Website using Bing Map - Mobile Development

I am new to Mobile development.

Instead of creating an individual API for each mobile platform, what I need is

Is its possible to do it with Bing Map?

Is there a different way in which we can create BING Map URLs which shall work on all mobile platforms?

Kidly advise me.
