monitor data in chart and alarm when fault

Dear ....

I want to control database and show numbers as chart and when faults was so much play an alarm sound.

in the other hand i want to write a monitoring system.

please help me

Hi Mohsen ,
1. Develop a application using C# ,
2. use timer control or backgroundWorker and call a function.
3. Inside of function check the changes of database
4. Update the changes in Application.
