You can do a search with multiple items using AND in the WHERE clause. For e.g. select * from specialmomnet where genreid in (...) AND secondcolumn in (..) In your case: Create Procedure Usp_GetSearchResult ( @City NVARCHAR(100), @Propertytype NVARCHAR(100), @Rent NVARCHAR(100) ) AS BEGIN Select * from tblSample Where City LIKE '%@City%' AND Propertytype=@Propertytype AND Rent=@Rent END The results is up to you which you want to display.(If you have multiple tables you can join) As far as designing is concern you can get the same by searching from codepen or jsfiddle. freefrontend is also a good website which provide readymade form using javascript, HTML and CSS.
