Hi, Actually you have not provided clear details of your table structure. According to your explanation your query should be like this.
SELECT CUST_ID, FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME FROM CUSTOMER INNER JOIN INVOICE ON CUSTOMER.CUST_ID = INVOICE.CUST_ID
WHERE INVOICE.File = 'Wild Bird Food' and INVOICE.WEIGHT= 25

I have just guessed the structure but it will similar to that and you just need an inner join.
select c.Id , c.FirstName, c.LastName
from Customers c
inner join Invoice i
on c.Id = i.CustomerId
where i.InvoiceType='Wild Bird Food' and i.Weight= 25;
