MVP profile missing

why my profile does not appear in the MVPs section, following is the email i received from Praveen and also I did not receive my Award gift package yet :(

I received this email from Praveen:

Congratulations! We are pleased to present you with the 2011 Mindcracker MVP Award! The MVP Award is our way to say thank you for promoting the spirit of community and improving people's lives and the industry's success every day. We appreciate your contribution and valuable time and support during the past year.

We will soon send your MVP Award gift package. It is our way to say "thank you for making a difference." You will receive an e-mail message in coming days that contains your MVP Award gift package shipping information. We would like you to confirm the shipping address for the smooth delivery of the package.

On behalf of everyone at Mindcracker Network, thank you for your contribution to the community.

Sorry about that Javed. I think Praveen tried to contacted you several times. Must have wrong email. Please send him an email and we will reconsider you for this year. Please keep in mind, C# Corner is not a business. It is a community and we want to make every effort to promote our MVPs and authors in their career and anything else we can.

ok, thank you Mahesh, I just wanted to bring to your notice that my name never appeared in any year instead of getting me awarded with the same. I will see when i get this opportunity next.

MVP is a yearly program and MVPs are awarded for 1 year for their past year's work. Please do let Praveen know if you still have some questions.

In which page you are looking?

If you looking in "Current MVPs" tab then your name will not appear here as you were awarded MVP for 2011.

You name is appearing in "Past MVPs" tab in this page:

C# Corner headquarter is in Philladelphia, PA that is not far from you. But most of our MVPs being from INDIA, all packages are being done in INDIA.

Praveen is partially incorrect. We will send you a package from our US office and certificate you will get from INDIA.

Thank you Mahesh and Praveen for looking into this. I was not aware that it is from India and I always thought the group is based in the West. I must have checked this first before commenting. I am ok even if the package does not make it. Thanks for the recognition.

The service which fetches record for the MVPs section page runs every week.

After this week your name will appear there.

And as far is your gift package is concerned I will see what can be done to send it from India.
