Need Career Advice
I have overall 4.3 years of experience. However, Working on development project from past 2 years and want to be continue with the same profile. So how to go about it. I mean for interview, i shall be applying for 2 yrs developer or 4 yrs ? I want to continue as a ASP.net developer and wanna switch my job as there is no more learning being happening. Please advice ?

What have you been doing before 2 years? Working on Software development or a different domain? In my opinion, your experience is definitely 4.3 years and that you should mention in your resume but depending on your experience in software development, you should mention 2 yrs or 4.3 yrs.
