Need help in ASP.net web application.

Question

dear sir/mam

 I am designing 1 web application in that i have some requirements that i dont know how to solve/impllement,

1)While the new user regestering to my application first user  details should come to my database and user cann't acces my application untill unless  i approve the regestration through the mail.after that i have to provide(i need to generate email link that is send to the  user email) a redirects to the (user name and password)  page. in there the user can regestered his/her account.

2)i am new to asp.dotnet i need some link referals,i  think  that help to me a lot related to store procedure usage,grid views with inline editing and withot inline editinng, gridview by using html.

3)dynamic dropdown usage,how to design a dropdown dynamically, and  after clicking the value the corresponding values to be binded.
