Actually your last reply has your answer in itself, don't ever choose a side in which you doesn't have interest, always choose that thing in which you feel comfortable, if you now select a side in which you doesn't have interest then automatically your future has no Scope because if today you choose work without any interest then one day will come when you will leave that work, so why not choose a work in which you are having interest.
To hell with future and to hell with Scope, listen to your heart and forget everything else, you are doing MCA so in future if you face any type of problem then you are capable enough to find some solution

the problem is i will be passing out in 2014 and i need to decide which is best.although i like Digital Side,i fear it may lose Scope in future.i dont have anyone to guide what is wrong and what is correct :(

First of tell us weather you are working somewhere or not! If you are working as a developer then it's very good and you should proceed in the same line, bt if you are not working then:-
If you opt to go in the Developer's field then you really need to work hard as in today's time getting a job in the Developer's field is really difficult, you can't rely on single Language or Technology, your all fields should be strong including Server Side Technology, Client Side technology and Database as well, in the future also you need to prepare yourself to accept the changes as new and new technologies are arising and every company want's their employees to be updated. If you are not updating yourself then someone else will definetely replace you, so to be in Developer's field you can think of yourself as fresher even after several year's of experience as for new technology you are again Fresher.
Now if you opt for SEo/SMM etc, then the chances of getting a Job will increase dramatically, it might be possible that you get a stating Salary more then that a Fresher developer is getting bt this doesn't mean that you will always get more then the developer, Developer's Salary will increase to a great level, from the second year of working his Salary will be much more then what you are getting.
Now it's up to you that what thing you need.
