I'm thinking of buy new cell phone, what is the main news on integration of WIndows 8 with Windows Phone? Worth it?

I´m from Brazil, here the Google and Apple are leading too, my doubt is if with Windows Phone Apps, Windows Mobile will grow. And HTML5? That will be compatible with all them, right?
