Hello Try to use the below command to install the package. dotnet add package System.IO.Compression --version 4.3.0 Also, clear the package cache using the below steps Tools -> Nuget Package Manager -> Package Manager Setting -> Clear All Nuget Cache(s) If still not work try to open visual studio in Admin Mode and try to install package. Thanks
