Hi Manish...

Try this one...
Fragment someFragment = new SomeFragment();
FragmentTransaction transaction = getFragmentManager().beginTransaction();
transaction.replace(R.id.fragment_container, someFragment ); // give your fragment container id in first parameter
transaction.addToBackStack(null); // this transaction will be added to backstack
transaction.commit();

You can use following code to Open fragment from another fragment.
button2.setOnClickListener{
val destinationFragment = ThirdFragment()
    val bundle = Bundle()
    bundle.putString("MSG",editText_msg.text.toString())
    bundle.putParcelable("Person",person)
    destinationFragment.arguments= bundle
    activity?.supportFragmentManager?.beginTransaction()?.replace(R.id.root_container,destinationFragment)?.addToBackStack("fragmentthird")?.commit()
}
