these are not open source , you need to pay for this, however you can get an idea of school management system

for example if you ask me about modules a typical SMS should contain , then it will be as follows

1. Application . Enrollment
2. Admission
3. Fees Management
4. HR
5. Attendance
6. Timetable
7. Examinations(Assignment,home work, exams)
8. Library
9. Transportation
10. Hostel Management

As per the above requirement you need to develop datatabse ,UI and backend Code .
