To use OpenAI services on Azure, you need to create an OpenAI account and obtain an API key from the OpenAI website. Once you have an API key, you can use it to configure the OpenAI service on Azure.

To get started, follow these steps:

Go to the OpenAI website and sign up for an account: https://openai.com/signup/
Once you have signed up, go to the OpenAI API page and create an API key: https://beta.openai.com/docs/api-reference/authentication
After creating an API key, go to the Azure Portal and create a new resource. Search for "OpenAI" and select the OpenAI resource from the search results.
Follow the prompts to configure the OpenAI resource, including specifying your API key and selecting the service plan and region.
After configuring the resource, you can use it in your Azure applications to access OpenAI services.
