Opening "Select User And Groups" Dialog Box

Question

i want to open this dialog

i tried to implement the code from
http://www.codeproject.com/KB/winsdk/bfobjectselection2.aspx?fid=34549 Using the Windows 2000/XP Object Selection Dialog but no luck
can any one help?
