Paint application

Hi, needing help on paint application

The program that i'm going to run is a paint or drawing application using C# language. I really need help on to start with since i'm totally new on this. Basically the program that i want to develop is:
1) user sketch an image on the program interface and i need to save on image format for the sketches.
2) than i open back the image file

i want to run a simple paint application program like MS Paint, where it can draw, delete, save.
