Hello Rinki I have done 2 year pair programming experience cross country/teams, i will try to explain simply. Consider we have to write a functionality of exporting pdf. Two devs getting into Team/Skype call and work that out in a regular Tag up session setup daily. Criteria of Pair Programming is one should start off with code and other should review . Let Dev 1 complete at some point and work that out (say for 20-30 min or so )and then Dev 2 can suggest/review/feedback/comments (Don't interrupt after every line of code saying this name should be better,use this syntax rather than that etc) . Then later next 30 min devs switch roles and follow same. Benefits are we might get better ideas to approach/solve problem, knowledge improves, build trust bond ( setting professional boundaries) Hope this helps
