Parsing a message in c#

Below is a sample message contained in a txt file which i am trying to parse ,This sample message does not have any delimiters between the field elements.
Plase help me in parsing the below sample message

If the data you are parsing is all similar to what you have above...i.e. a bunch of pages of data that all contain the same or similar to that shown you could write something quick and dirty by writing a tokenizer that basically breaks down the information by scanning the data and returning tokens or words delimited by spaces or commas.
Example) This is a test, 9/12/2008
Tokens returned:
This
is
a
test
9/12/2008 (Assumes you want to preserve date information)

If your data if more complex I would look around for a parser. There are many available and can be simple to very complex depending on your needs.
