Problem using filesystemwatcher

I'm trying to use filesystemwatcher to monitor a directory on another server. I have tried to use \\server\directory for the path but keep getting an error the directory is invalid. Is there something special you have to do when monitoring a file on another computer ? Can someone give me an example ? Thanks. Here is what my code is currently doing this.m_fileWatch.Path = "\\testserver\c$"; When I set this to a local directory, everything works fine....

Thank you for your reply. I can paste the directory into the RUN box and it works fine. The problem I am having is that I have written a service in C#. The service checks for a file on another server and if a file is created, it then needs to run an executable which will process the file. I'm trying to setup a user account that the service will run under. I set it up and set the privs. to run as a service. I can now get it to poll the directory on the other server but then it can't run the executable. Also, to watch the other directory on the other machine, you don't have to map a drive do you ? Can you paste that directory into the RUN box and open it? You may find that there is a login problem, or that the directory really is inaccessible. I just set a watch on a directory on another machine on another domain and had no problem, once I logged into that machine through Windows Explorer. All I did was set the path, then implement the events I wanted to fire. Here was my path: \\site1soap1\c$
