Problem with Csharpo and sound cards

Hello

I am a beginner in Csharp, I'd like to know how to handle multiple sound cards (both input and output), more clearly how can I select a sound card among those I have using Csharp,I want to select out the sound of the selected sound card or to enter the sound using a microphone, a sound card should be able to enter and leave the sound Because I'm programming an alarm system.
when I want to spread a message the program must be capable of directing sound to the sound card which is the area I want to spread my message
I need your help please

Instead of thinking in terms of a sound card you need to look for relevant devices. Part of your solution is dependent on the hardware you are using. I think you need to have a way to find the microphones and speakers that you need to control. There might be something specific to the type of sound card that you using but if so then people here can't help without knowing the details of the sound card. Depending on the sound card, there is a good chance that we can't help with it even if we know what it is.

I didn't find the right solution yet, but I'm using all the answers provided by members to find the solution and of course when I found it I'll share with you :)
