Projects for Resume

Hello,

I want to put some .net web based projects in the resume as a 3yrs experienced programmer. Can anyone please suggest me the kind of good projects.

I know C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server. I am learning AJAX, Silverlight also.

I would be grateful if anyone could help me ASAP.
