Shall i publish my article on C# Corner as well as my personal site?.
I dont know whether doing like that is right or wrong?

But, do concentrate on a single community and your personal blog only. Because google having some good algorithms which will blacklist those website's which they think that you are doing spamming by uploading same contents across different websites. Avoid google, yahoo, bing, then no problem. Just duplicate it...
Also, what about you had made some changes in your article, then you need to update all the websites. Its better to have 1/2 only. C# Corner will going to stay here for a long time but you cant say about your personal blogs..

Well, It's better to keep the things separated but at one place. I think posting same article/blog to more than one forum will lead to spam content.
