Is there a way to run an SQL query against two tables stored in a dataset Variable?

Thanks for your reply! The problem is I'm trying to do a JOIN against two different tables in two different databases (which I don't think ADO.NET supports). So what I did instead was loaded the 2 tables into a single dataset object and I was hoping to be able to run my query against the data in that dataset. Is there a way to do this?

Hi, Queries are generally run against the database and not the data set. The data set is filled with the results of the query (from the DataAdapter). If your table names are already in the dataset, then pull the info out of the dataset and run the query against the database into a different dataset using the DataAdapter's Fill method or the Command object. -Mike G.
