Read Excel data row by row in sql server 2005 database it work on localhost but not on server ?

With respect   i have trouble in asp.net c# i want to read excel file row by row using file uploader  in database it is work on localhost well but when i upload on server and then i select file by fileuploader & click ok then it will generate following error:
 
System.Data.OleDb.OleDbException: The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file ''.  It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its Data.
 
Please sir guide me what is actual problem and give me solution for it.
