Reading XML data from URL in Web API.

Question

I have Url i can download Xml file from that URL ,xml file contains Gb's data So without down loading xml file ,How can i read Data from that URL and Insert into SQL DB.

Exactly its not my requirement I want to read xml data node by node from httpweb response using streamreader and insert into SqlDB. attaching my code please check and give me sample how to do it.
