Rectangle drawing

preejo

i draw a rectangle with length 10cm,breadth 12cm at one location in the monitor.

i draw another rectangle with length 5cm,breadth 6cm at another location.

i have to check whether the second rectangle is fully inside the first rectangle or not.

i need a solution for this in vb.net
