Referring to Text box while setting Expression for DataTable

I am setting a Expression for DataTable column :

Nsigma.Expression = "(Convert(sigma,'System.Double')*7)";

here value of N in this case 7 is taken from the textbox1 how to change the above expression so that it takes value from text box.
