Thank you sir.. i know about web responsive application but my Project is fully standalone application in which i have developed forms on C#.. and i know that bootstrap framework is only for web Application.. So please suggest solution for My Desktop Application..

I understand that you need to have web-responsive code developed as its compatible with any type of display device.

Use Bootstrap or Kendo-UI that actually makes the solution for the question you asked.

Try looking for bootstrap and Web Responsive, There will be many videos and articles that explain clearly ion using and making an application web responsive.
