i have done mca in 2007 after that i worked with education department which was not related to IT software now i want to do job in my feild what can i do

Hi Imran, first of all, you need to update yourself with new technologies of current IT industries, it's better and easy to choose an area, which is more familiar to you like if you have done college project, and you have interest also in that technology.

If you can join a good institute so it would be more helpful to you and guides in a right direction for your interview preparation. You can get online interview questions and answers also.
