Remove Required field validator from gridview in code behind

I have a Grid View. In grid view i have required field validator for tex box and i want to remove it from code behind page depends on coditions. how to remove??

You can assign runtime validation group to the textbox on rowdatabound event of gridview.
<asp:requiredfieldvalidator id="RqFieldValidator1"
      controltovalidate="txtEmployeeName"
      validationgroup="GeneralInfo"
      errormessage="Enter employee name."
      runat="Server">
asp:requiredfieldvalidator>
protected void GridView1_RowDataBound(object sender, GridViewRowEventArgs e)
    {
        if (e.Row.RowType == DataControlRowType.DataRow)
        {
            TextBox myTextBox = (TextBox)(e.Row.Cells[1].FindControl("TextBox1"));
            // Depending upon the textbox value insert or update or do whatever
            if (myTextBox.Text == "")
            {
                myTextBox.ValidationGroup = "GeneralInfo"; //To add the validation
            }
            else
             {
                 myTextBox.ValidationGroup = ""; //To remove the validation
             }
        }
    }
You can also write this type of dynamic valdiation on the RowCommand even of gridview.

We cant remove like that.
Better choose custom validator & provide conditions in that.
