Resize Image without losing Quality!!

Where are you wanting to resize the graphic? In the code (If so what object are you using)? or within a graphic program (ie Photoshop)?

Also as for losing quality, you can make an image smaller and still keep it fairly good quality though you may lose some detail. However if you are wanting to make it larger, you can only increase the size so much before you will lose quality. Unless it is a vector image (Autocad/Studiomax) then the image is made of pixels and you can only increase the size of those so much before the image starts to lose quality.
