How to handle this error {"Rows cannot be programmatically removed unless the DataGridView is data-bound to an IBindingList that supports change notification and allows deletion."}

This error occur because List(T) doesn't implements IBindingList interface so you can't delete it right form the datagridview.

List does not implement IBindingList

So you need to use a class that implements IBindingList

Use a BindingList or DataTable instead of List
