Sales report using crystal report

i want to create a crystal report that will show the weekly report.. the process will be like this:

Enter month:     
Enter Year:
Enter Week:Week 1(Day 1to7)
                Week 2(Day 8to14)
                Week 3(Day 15to21)
                Week 4(Day 22to31)

and show all the sales within that week no.
