Save MJPEG as a Video

Hi Friends,

I want to save streamed MJPEG as a video on disk.

What I want to do is that when the user click on a button "Stop", the stream between the button "Start" and "Stop" would be save on disk as a .mpg.

I think you can create a web-service that receives the MJPEG stream and convert it to a web-friendly video format (Like MP4 format) or MPEG, and then the service passes the result video back to the client side as base64String. After this, you can use video HTML5 video tag to display the video on the client-side:

To my knowledge, leadtools has MJPEG decoder, and they support converting MJPEG streams to different media formats using their convert control. You can use their functions in your web-service. You can find more information here.

Amitesh thanks for your response, MJPEG -Decoder is not supporting in web applicatoin ASP.Net and other solutions has not a complete. do you have any other solution.
