Scrolling while moving control at runtime

Hi,

I've a requirement for moving the controls at runtime in my application, which i've done it already.
When moving the control and while it goes out of the current client rectangle of the Form, the page
should scroll to keep the control in the Client Rectangle. Can anyone please advice on this.
